Opening hours between Christmas and New Year
Please note that from 24th December to 4th January our phone lines will be open 9am-5pm. On 4th January they will return to 9am-7pm as normal.

Self-referral will remain open 24 hours throughout the Christmas period, with the exception of the morning for Christmas Eve where the platform will be unavailable due to planned maintenance.
